Award-winning, Portland-based Sisbro Studios creates high quality films about the natural world for kids. Their creations are known for begin clever, funny and lovely. This year BendFilm presents "Lost in the Woods", a half-hour movie that was created to accompany the children's book by the same name.
Lost in the Woods is the winner of over 33 awards and has been screened at over 16 film festivals. This short film includes several original songs, including a jazzy tune called The Signs of Spring, sung by a lounge-singing tree frog.
Accompanying the film will be Christine of Mama Bear Oden's Preschool, leading activities for kids inspired by nature, including pine cone animals and animals in tree houses. Join us for this mid-day, interactive, good time!
McMenamins offers great snacks at the theatre, including popcorn, pizza, burgers and sodas.
