2022 Summer Filmmaking Camp

BendFilm is hosting two different, weeklong filmmaking camps June 20-24 and June 27-July 1!

 

This is a Monday – Friday camp from 9:00am thru 3:00pm taught by Bend-LaPine media teachers led by Pilot Butte Middle School media teacher, Ryan Goldstein.

 

Students in grades 5th- 9th grade are eligible to apply.

 

Meeting at Pilot Butte Middle School, students will learn how to unleash all of the creative potential of their iPads to learn how to write a script, direct actors, record quality picture and sound and edit their films all in just five days. On the fifth day, students will meet at BendFilm’s Tin Pan Theater to screen and discuss each other’s work.

 

This week-long camp is FREE for students on the FREE or reduced lunch program and only $300 for other students. Project administrators will inform applying parents and students by April 15, 2021 if indeed your student is able to participate.
